Big Trouble In Little Odessa
The NPPD has been dealing with an excess of gang-on-gang violence spilling on to the streets of Little Odessa over the past few months. But while sporadic flares in gang violence are not uncommon, nothing worries the NPPD more than the abrupt end of street violence.
In an interview with the Evening Standard, Commander Else de Groot of the NPPD Gang Intelligence Unit confirmed the rumors that a new crime organization has formed in Little Odessa are true. The thirteen biggest gangs in Little Odessa have negotiated a truce and reshaped themselves into a conglomerate known as the Odessa 13.
The Standard reported only a few months ago on how the Amero-Russian bratvas are gaining ground all over the East Coast. Anonymous sources tell the Standard that the local truce has been brokered by a representative of Vorkuta X, one of the major bratvas, but Commander de Groot refuses to either confirm or deny this to be true.
